  Mike Love got here first thing checked the furnace out and thermostat.  He explained that the thermostat was not working right.   He changed to a different thermostat and unit is working great. Works like a totally different unit.  So happy that Mike came and got this straight.  Explained everything so I could understand.  Also had a follow up call from him.   Our heat pump stopped producing heat. I went online that evening & made an appointment. Someone contacted me immediately the next morning. And our service guy Tim was at our house by noon. He did a great job of getting back up & going. Super personable nice guy.
